Up to 20 employees you pay a flat amount. Above that, €3 per extra employee is added — there is no jump in rate.

What about the hardware?
Exalise doesn't sell RFID readers. With the kiosk tablet you need no hardware at all — a tablet you already own is enough. If you choose RFID badges, you buy the reader yourself (an Inveo IND-U4 costs roughly €285) and we charge a one-off €149 for the integration, configuration and support.

Are these final prices?
No. Exalise Time Management is running a pilot programme. These are indicative prices, excluding VAT and subject to change. Final rates follow at launch — as a pilot participant you know where you stand up front.
What happens when my team grows past 20 employees?
From the 21st employee onwards, €3 per extra employee is added. There is no cliff: at 20 employees you pay €49, at 21 employees €52.
What if I have more than 100 employees?
Exalise Time Management is built for teams of up to 100 employees. If you are above that, get in touch — we will look at whether it fits your organisation.
Can I try it for free first?
Yes. You get two months free, for up to 100 employees, with no commitment. The trial ends automatically — there is nothing to cancel.
Do I pay extra for administrators or reports?
No. The number of administrators is unlimited, and the monthly PDF export and alerts are part of every plan.
